Almost 300 students who attend Cal State Fullerton live here. It is a student community and the residents and staff are very helpful and friendly. It is located directly across the street from the university campus.
All of the apartments are furnished. Each one consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, a dresser, a lamp and a desk. Three to four students share each apartment. The small single, and the large single room share a bathroom, but the deluxe single room has a private bathroom.
Please note that a room will not be reserved without the $500 deposit. Be aware that if you move-in before the normal move-in date, there is an extra charge for each day you stay.
